Processing Time:

• Generally All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Some Orders may take longer time for Preparation depend on item Storage location or if in Backorder .
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (10-14 business days) – $12
  • Expedited Shipping (5 business days) – $20

  Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order.

International Shipping:

• We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and customs fees or duties may apply depending on the destination.
• Please note that international shipping may take longer, depending on the destination country’s customs processing time.

Free Shipping:

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within Canada only).

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order status at any time using the tracking link provided.

Shipping Delays:

• While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:
