Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Certainly! When ordering from the KimoSpace, you have a few options for delivery:

  1. Pick Up at Store: This option allows you to order online and pick up your items from the store. It’s free.

  2. Ship to address: If you prefer home delivery, you can order online and have products delivered directly to your doorstep. Keep in mind that heavy or oversized items are available for delivery only within 100 kilometers of the selected Canadian Tire store. Shipping rates depend on the size, weight of products, and the distance from the store to your delivery address.

Here are the estimated timeframes:

  • Pick Up: Typically within 24 hours. Wait for your “Ready for Pick Up” email before heading to the store.
  • Ship to address: If you prefer home delivery, you can order online and have products delivered directly to your doorstep. Shipping rates depend on the size, weight of products, and the distance from the store to your delivery address.

    Here are the estimated timeframes:

    Pick Up: Typically within 24-48 hours. Wait for your “Ready for Pick Up” email before heading to the store.

    Ship to Home: Order usually ships within 3-7 Business Days Once the order ships, you’ll receive updated delivery information and tracking details.

How long will delivery take?

Orders delivery time will depend on your location according to the below:

  • Canada & USA: 10-20 Days
  • Europe: 15-40 Days
  • All other Countries: 15-45 Days

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing an order with KimoSpace, here’s what happens next:

 

  1. Order Confirmation: Once you complete your online purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email will summarize your order details, including the items you’ve purchased, the total cost, and any applicable taxes or fees.
  2. Processing: KimoSpace team will process your order. If you’ve chosen Pick Up at Store, they’ll prepare your items for collection. For Ship to Addressorders, they’ll package and arrange for shipping.
  3. Ready for Pick Up (In-Store): If you’ve selected Pick Up at Store, you’ll receive a notification (usually via email) when your order is ready for collection. Head to the designated store, follow the signage, and present your order confirmation or ID to pick up your items.
  4. Shipping (Ship to Address): For Ship to Homeorders, KimoSpace will ship your items to the address you provided during checkout. You’ll receive updates on the shipping status, including tracking information. The estimated delivery date range will be mentioned during checkout.
  5. Enjoy Your Purchase!: Once you have your items, you’re all set!

Return & Refunds

We must receive the item unused and in the same condition as it was delivered.

The items must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We may ask for an email for online orders.

Items on final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Items purchased via gift cards will receive an equivalent gift card credit in return.

Exchanges are only allowed if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Please report the damage as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos to orders@kimospace.com , All order has insurance in case if lost or damaged, we will assess your request and reach back to you with a resolution and option available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please e-mail us on orders@kimospace.com with your order number with a cancellation request before your order is shipped, if items Shipped order cant be Cancelled.
